A clinician reviewing qEEG brain-mapping results on a tablet

Getting Started

How our process actually works.

Five clear steps — designed to give you clarity before commitment. We move at your pace and answer questions along the way.

How It Works

A calm process, guided by your brain's own data.

We move at your pace. Each step is designed to give you clarity — and a look at your own brain — before any commitment.

  1. Listen

    First conversation

A short, no-pressure call to hear your story and see if a brain-mapping session is a helpful next step.

  2. Read

    qEEG + EKG brain mapping

A comfortable in-clinic recording of your brainwave patterns and heart rhythm — the foundation for anything that follows.

  3. Analyse

    Clinical review of your map

Your data is reviewed with the Wave Neuro clinical network to see whether a MeRT® protocol may be appropriate for you.

  4. Design

A protocol built for your brain

If we proceed, frequency, timing, and placement are shaped by your unique brain map — not a generic template.

  5. Re-map

    Sessions and progress mapping

Short, guided sessions on a defined schedule, with follow-up brain mapping so we can see how your patterns are shifting.

First Visit

What to expect at your first visit.

Your first in-clinic visit typically includes a consultation and a qEEG brain-mapping session with an EKG reading. The recording is comfortable — you sit still while sensors gently pick up brainwave activity. Data is then reviewed to inform next steps.

Duration

How long a full course takes.

Length varies based on individual needs. Your clinical team will walk you through a proposed schedule after your assessment so you can make an informed decision.

Investment

Costs and coverage.

Fees and coverage vary. We'll walk you through pricing during your consult. Some extended health benefit plans may reimburse a portion — please check your plan.

Get Started

Start with a conversation about your brain.

No pressure to commit. Just clear, honest answers about whether a brain-mapping session — and MeRT® — might be a fit.
